Dr. Kimberly Wood, has worked as an Internal Medicine Physician for over 30 years (since 1986). Trained in age management medicine, bariatric medicine, and aesthetic procedures. She purchased and re-opened the spa in 2015, with the desire to expand our cosmetic and treatment options. When not medically treating or caring for her patients, she loves to ride bikes and is a gourmet cook. She feels that happiness and beauty comes from the inside and tries to help her patients find the best health using a holistic approach, helping to deal with stress, diet and exercise, hormones and vitamins, while prescribing medications when needed. Her personal focus is weight management and has been assisting her patients with weight loss for many years. She emphasizes the importance of low glycemic diets and using drugs when needed. Using a comprehensive approach when treating acne or referring clients for a resurfacing laser treatment, she may also suggest a diet, advise stress reduction, or even prescribe vitamin supplements to enhance therapy.

Here at Skinovations we offer various non-invasive treatment options for improving the appearance and texture of skin with a wide selection of techniques and choices that offer solutions for you and your needs. We are here to suggest the best and most efficient procedure to achieve your goals.
We offer laser resurfacing, photo-facials, and radio frequency treatments to improve your youthful appearance and alleviate the appearance of sun damage, and reduce the age-related sagging of skin. If you have scars, stretchmarks, vascular lesions, and unwanted hair, we can offer laser treatments that improve the appearance of these problems. We also carry a variety of pharmaceutical medicated lotions and oils, to treat, rejuvenate, and prevent further skin damage. Our medical staff may also prescribe medications if necessary to better treat an area of concern.
Come in for some CoolSculpting, we will re-shape those unwanted fat pads to a more desirable contour, eliminating at least 20 to 25% of fat cells present per each area of treatment. Our new radio frequency device can shape and reduce cellulite while improving the contour of those unwanted hard to treat areas.
Botox is a neuromuscular blocker known as botulinum toxin that is used medically to treat certain muscular conditions, and cosmetically to remove wrinkles by temporarily paralyzing muscles into which it is injected.
For therapeutic medical treatments, Botox is used for those individuals who suffer from migraine headaches, have problems grinding their teeth, or hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating) in areas such as the underarm, hands, or even feet.
Cosmetically, Botox is injected into the forehead, Glabellar lines (frown lines between the eyebrows), Canthal lines (crow's feet), dimpling chin, and other locations to eliminate those unwanted fine lines and wrinkles that develop over time from facial muscle contractions.
Juevederm and Belatero are injectable fillers. These fillers can provide and enhance a more youthful appearance by filling in hollows, lines, and wrinkles with results that can last from 12 to 24 months.
Injectable fillers are also used as "volumizers," plumping and lifting cheeks, chins, jawlines, temples, and filling out thin lips.
